Switch of the sexes

I know many people want to know who the house mates this year are (including myself!), but unfortunately this is all the news I have for you at the moment:

Though Multichoice’s Hellen Mayanja is still keeping it a top secret, the word on the street is that Uganda will be represented by a female whose name remains a secret.

Gossip news reporter Shaya, mentioned in an article in a Botswana tabloid newspaper called “The Voice” that a male representative for Botswana had been chosen. Shaya has been spot on with his reporting in the past and may very well be correct this time around.

Looking at the two countries above, there seems to be a pattern forming… The switch of the sexes. Have each country chosen opposite sex house mates for this year’s BB? If so, we’ll find Nigeria, Ghana, Tanzania, Malawi, Namibia, Uganda and Kenya with female reps and Botswana, South Africa, Zambia, Angola, and Zimbabwe with males. Another imbalanced ratio of 7/5…

  1. Hi Robin,
the switch of the sexes is going to hit some of us real hard now that we will have a female ‘representing’ our country, because i dont think another woman will win another continental crown after Cherise in BBA 1 and Lindiwe in Project Fame.It will be a male winner in BBA 2. Almost guaranteed!
Now am all for Girl power and stuff but the best housemates in Big Brother right from SA1 to BBA 1 have all been men…Ferdi, Brad, Chucky, Rabin, Gaetano, Mwisho with only Margret, Ilse Marie and Tapuwa joining that elite group of entertaining housemates we have had in our versions of BB.
a guy will win BBA 2!

  2. I have read in http://www.tonight.co.za/index.php?fSectionId=349&fArticleId=3962088 that Kabelo Ngakane will be the BBA host.

  3. Thanks Eduardo! Great find! 🙂

  4. I heard Nigeria has a female housemate this time!!
