It all started with a little fishing… [with pics]

Now I don’t normally write articles or post info about most of the tasks that go on in the BBA2 house, as the official Big Brother website normally covers that in full. However, today’s ad-hoc task is an exception. What started off as an innocent task turned into chaos that I’m sure Big Brother viewers and producers never saw coming :

Task outline

“Big Brother tells the Housemates to go fish. He has supplied them with rubber and magnetic fishing rods. To add some spice he has also provided the Housemates with alcohol and other paraphernalia to make cocktails while the game is on.

The Housemates are to scatter the fishes on the floor in the Lounge. They will use the magnetised rods Big Brother has given them to pick up the fish. On the reverse side of each fish is a written question or a task; the Housemates will have to do whatever the fish tells them to do.“

We all know that a little alcohol is sure to get the housemates all flared up and doing crazy things but no one anticipated the events that would follow after today’s task…

I watched this scene unfold and I can assure you no one is to blame. They were all drunk, crazy and totally out of it within 30 minutes of the game, It started with Mau throwing chairs and breaking the broom, they tried to control Mau and in their stupor T broke a wine glass, then another glass was broken by R when they were still continuing with the game, then with the next round of shots all hell let lose and we witnessed the most bizarre scenes, they were falling over each other, M hurting herself, her eye was swollen, R trying to put ice on her swollen eye, more drinking, then they were falling over each other again, trying to comfort each other, then they were kissing each other, crying, trying to get the game going but just were too intoxicated to manage, the scenes witnessed were crazy and I couldnt believe my eyes.

R was trying to kiss T and R in his drunken state, carried T to the bedroom, that is when he told her she mustn’t worry and that he knew what he was doing and he wasnt a fool. Tati is lying in bed and you could see she was about to black out so R stumbled out of the room went to the bathroom and fetched the washbowl for her to vomit in, R leaves her to vomit and goes back to the lounge to help O who had been left in a dazed state in the lounge and was crawling on the floor. In the meantime you see T was vomitting like crazy this weird green stuff that went on for ever,

Back in the lounge Mau and R were trying to help Ofu, while he was doing this O was already grabbing R and pulling him towards her, but you could see that she was totally dazed, she had like a strange contorted wild look about her. They manage to get Ofu into the bedroom and in bed, she then starts to vomit and R and O are in and out mopping up the floor, getting fresh bowls for them to vomit, etc.

You then see R still stumbling about ranting on, making vulgar comments, the usual crazy shit, nothing unexpected coming out of a drunken man, going from bathroom to lounge to bedroom, making wild comments at Maureen and you could see he was in another planet.

He then gets back in the bedroom stumbles onto the middle of the bed and in his drunken state turns towards Ofu, I dont know if intentionally, then he puts his hand on her lower body, i dont know exactly where his hand was, as there was a sheet over them and she starts wriggling toward him, grabbing him and they start kissing. They seemed to be enjoying it but really we know what drink does to you, you lose all inhibitions, so I dont crucify anyone here. She is then pulling him hard, and he is succumbing to it, after a few seconds he is restless, and I could see him trying to move away from O towards T, but O wouldnt let go she was groping him going wild that is when the sheet came off O and you could see she was wild for Rich. Rich then starts grabbing Tati and O was still pulling R. R starts laughing because i think even in the state he was in he realised what an awkward position he was in. M was in and out the room, quite unsure what to do with the developments, mumbling to herself, that is when the paramedics came in,

R left the room, looking quite dumbfounded, still stumbling aboutm ranting on and throwing things around, making loud crude remarks in the house, the camera then turns to the garden for quite a long time, and when the cameras go back into the house Richard was locked in the diary room and Mau is talking out loud to the viewers.

We all know what alcohol does to you, you lose all inhibitions, the HM’s were still nursing a hangover from the previous night and had hardly eaten anything and were already expected to tackle a task that involved more drinking. They all went overboard, but I really think that we should just be a bit more fair to them all and move on instead of trying to turn this to a terrible crime that was committed.

they had a task a drinking or fishing task…they were all drunk but tatyt and afu were wasted they could barely walk…the wre vomiiting and mau was helping them out…richard got into bed kissed taty tuned around and kissed ofu then he went ahead to finger the both girls..then ofu responded and kissed him back and she wanted to get laid…….she was drunk as in wasted and richard took advantage of that..my anger with was is that she was there when all these happened she would have hit him with something instead she was watching the show of shame..richard was locked in the dairy room…he just came out now shouting that he’ll bump the whole girls in te house…it goes along way to show that he intentionaly violated ofu

After he was walked out of the room by the B.B. guys, he said “shit…shit…shit”.

This is just some of what ‘forumites’ have to say at the official Big Brother Africa 2 forum of what went down ; pop over there to read more. However due to the extremity of the situation and the fact that Big Brother had to intervene by sending in paramedics, certain threads and posts in the forum have been censored and deleted.

If the word ‘rape’ is used in your thread it will be deleted. It is considered to be a VERY VERY serious offense in South Africa and more recently the laws have become a lot harsher.

Google …what constitutes rape in South African law and you will realise why BB is deleting these threads.

This is possibly the most scandalous day in Big Brother Africa history! I doubt there’s going to be a Big Brother Africa 3.
